There is input from the Sustainability Team into all Procurement Request Forms (PRFs), and we encourage our supply chain to reduce their environmental impact.
Meat Free Mondays at the RVI, Freeman and Regent Point, plus veggie/vegan options every day to provide lower carbon, nutritious food to staff and visitors.
Removed a number of disposable plastics from the catering department, and limited the purchase of other single use plastics (such as straws) to areas where there is an identified clinical need
Moved to 100% recycled paper in 2018
